All our products are brand new and covered by warranty of manufacturer, distributor or importer, if such product is covered by a warranty.

Zoofast can not be responsible for inappropriate use of the product.

 

If delivered goods have any defects, the Customer has the right to return the goods or exchange them for a new item, free of defects. Accurance of defect requires the manufacturer, distributor or importer decision. In case of a product defect, after contacting the store by phone or email, please send back damaged goods to our mailing address. After obtaining the opinion of the manufacturer, distributor or importer we will refund cost of purchase or replace the goods for those free of defects. Such complaints will be dealt within 14 working days.

Complaints made due to differences on the appearance of the product on the website, due to e.g. different monitor settings will not be dealt.

Under the provisions of the 2000-03-02 act on protection of some consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a hazardous product, an individual Customer can withdraw from an agreement concluded with the Shop, without specifying any reason, by submitting an appropriate, written declaration within 10 (ten) days from the day of receiving the Goods. In order to observe this deadline, it suffices to send the declaration before its expiry. Customer’s withdrawal from an agreement is not dependent on payment of any sum of money (compensation).The right to withdraw from a remote agreement does not apply to an individual Customer in cases specified in article 10 act 3 of the 2000-03-02 act on protection of some consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a hazardous product, also in the case of Goods which on account of their nature cannot be returned, or which are perishable.

Should an individual Customer exercise the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement concluded with the Shop, the Customer shall be obliged to return to the Shop the Goods in the same condition, unless the change was necessary within the scope or ordinary management. The goods should be returned immediately, not later than within 14 (in words: fourteen) days from the date of submitting the withdrawal declaration. The costs of transport related to returning the Goods to the Shop shall be taken by the Customer.

If the Customer has already paid for the Goods, the Shop shall immediately, not later than within 14 (in words: fourteen) days from the date of submitting the withdrawal declaration, reimburse the entire payment to the Customer.

In the case of withdrawing from an agreement, this agreement shall be deemed non-concluded, and the Customer a well as the Shop shall be released from all obligations.

When you receive a shipment, check the condition and content with the courier. In case of damage or discrepancy beetwen shipment and order prepare "damage report".

- Free of charge pet food containers are not the subject to the complaint.

- We do not accept shipments sent to us with cash on delivery option.
