Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and are as follows:

10 to 15 kg                 105.61 PLN (25.01 EURO)

15 to 25 kg                 109.77 PLN (26.00 EURO)

25 to 30 kg                111.61 PLN  (26.43 EURO)

30 to 40 kg                 140.63 PLN (33.30 EURO)

40 to 50 kg                 150.63 PLN (35.68 EURO)

Max. weight of a package is 40 kg.   (1 EURO = 4.2216 ZL)

 

 

Shipping costs are always given in the checkout as a part of a total amount to pay.

The above delivery charges apply to all regions of United Kingdom.

 

The Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey) are subject to customs charges and control. We will not be able to deliver packages to those areas

We will confirm your payment for the order  as soon as price of your order shows up in our bank account.

 

PAYMENT FAILURE: 

 

NOTE: If, under any circumstances, you will not be able to finish your payment while placing the order, you may send us the money to our PayPal email address: paypal@zoofast.co.uk  along with your order number.

In case of a PayPal manual payment please email us your PayPal transaction ID number as this type of payment must be checked separately and matched with the order manualy.

 

It is not possible to pay with your credit / debit card for the order at a later time. If the original payment was not succesful for any reason. The only way to use your credit / debit card to pay is to place another order. 

 

Delivery and personal pick-up:

 

 There are three ways of collection and delivery of your order:

- Place your order with Sendfast, where  GLS and  Parcelforce are the main delivery services.

- Customer may use a different delivery service for his or her order. 

- Personal pick-up  (from our warehouse which is located at 703 Kokotów  near Krakow, Wieliczka Poland 32-020)

 

NOTE!: 

If delivery of the order is made by a different delivery company other than Sendfast, customer will be charged for all the costs pertaining to delivery based on a list of shipping costs by the chosen delivery company. Additionally, a customer is obligated to inform ZOOFAST about that choice and the pick-up time of the order by the chosen delivery company from our warehouse.

 

- Personally picking up an order or if the order is picked up made by a different delivery company other than GLS. It can be picked up on Monday through Friday between 8:00AM – 3:00PM. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and on all public holidays.

 

- Personal pick-up is possible when the customer receives an email confirmation that the order is ready to be picked up.

 

- If a customer chooses to pay for an order via bank transfer, credit or debit card or PayPal, the order will be ready to be picked up after the money is transfered into our bank account.

 

- We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and MasterCard Electronic.

 

- Orders that are ready to be picked up will be waiting for the customer for up to seven days. Anytime after that, the order will be canceled.
